Dual Clutch Equalizer
The Dual Clutch Equalizer (DCE) is a simple device that allows your hand to operate at a more natural grip with limited dexterity (Like a boat throttle) thus allowing more stability and control of the CMC clutches and true tandem equalization in the rope rescue operation of the rescuer and victim.
The DCE can easily slide on and off the clutches with out impeding operations.
Universal fit to accommodate different size widths.
Secure location for carabiner to operator while not in use (carabiner IS included).
Drop tested at 100 feet.
